With over 28 years of professional hotel and F&B working experience in the Middle East /Maldives /Africa /Europe /Srilanka as well as about 12 years in Service Training as a Training Manager and with experience in Organizational Development, Manoj brings a rich and diverse set of hands-on HRD areas such as talent management, competency matrix development, succession planning, and service excellence Expertise such as service culture development and service blueprint design. He has also Travelled and participated in many training workshops in France / Germany / Sweden & Netherlands.
